Very Sorry and Sad to hear about the Tragedy at The Villagio.To all those souls who died,RIP and to those injured,Wishing a Speedy Recovery.
If the incident is man made,all measures have to be taken to prevent such recurrence.
In India,smoking is entirely banned in all Malls,which ever city.

And yet, today, in Landmark there were people smoking in at least one coffee shop and in a back hallway near the play land for children.

If these people are breaking the law, have the police in to fine and/or arrest them - they are a hazard not only with second hand smoke health issues but fire hazards.

I'm not holding my breath
