Best method to send a parcel from Doha to UK
I would like to know whats the best method to send a
1kg parcel from Doha to the UK. Should I use qpost or
any other parcel company. Which is cheaper?Any idea about
the costs.

dear, Q post is quite cheap but it takes long & might not do extra efforts to find the location over there in UK if it's in a remote area, the 2nd option is aramex courier co. i used it before it's higher rate but much faster.located between qatar decoration R/A & Ma'amoura R/A Answered on Mon, 06/07/2009 - 1:41am

I would recomend DHL... contact them and they will give you an instant quote... I have used them a few to send to send and also to recieve. Answered on Sun, 05/07/2009 - 10:26pm

If you use ems airmail parcel service at the main post office any parcel up to 1kg is QR65 will reach the UK in 4-6 days, Answered on Sun, 05/07/2009 - 10:30pm

Yes, just use the regular postoffice service for sending parcels. It gets there really quickly and cheap too.Note, they want you to use their boxes, so no need to wrap it home. Just go there, they will give you the size you want and Bob is your uncle. Answered on Sun, 05/07/2009 - 11:07pm
