i joined as a member of Priilege Travel & Tourism in Doha. is it a true company or fake one?

It looks not fake but not genuine also, they don't have much experience also in travel tourism. They don't have even any road map how they will manage the tour. No package specially for Europe. Any travel co must fulfill customer requirement,they try to understand them and to do that at least they will recruit multi skill staff. which they don't have if we ask something they will answer something.It looks they are providing only hotel booking, beyond this they don't talk anything else.Two things force me to think that they provided pamplet with different name something like emteaz tours and travels and when we reach to office found different name, and looks they are not registered member of qatar tourism authority.
