hi,
i bought a ticket from qatar airways but the forename and surname are switched on the ticket issued. (i know that many airlines put the surname first and the forename after a / , but they are really switched).
I called QA , the helpline guy told me that i should get it changed.
when i went to QA the lady there told me that it is not a problem as both names are there on the passport, though flipped.
can anyone tell me whether it will create problems or is it fine?

no, normally itis not a problem. I had same problem bt it didn't create any issue at airport checking. Answered on Mon, 09/07/2012 - 11:21am
