ı am from turkey.and ı am muslim ı want to marry with qatari girl.but in qatar foreign marriage dont allowing. we have to marry in turkey.turkey qatar embassy your girlfriend has to take her single paper from qatar.ı surprised alot coz alot of embassy like kuwait givig paper from here coz it is easy in our times someone single or divorced or married only why qatar making this ı cant understand this for paper she has to go qatar coz turkey qatar embassy didnt give from here later she went qatar but she cant take without her family permission .now we are locked we cant do anything can u give me idea ı need to help to marry my love ıf you help me ı will pray for it.ıf someone one to help me pls give me answer here ı will wait yours answers and idea how can she take her single paper? pls help me

You are a muslim and you know that the purpose of marriage is bondage of two families as well and as a muslimah the girl should have NOC from her guardians/wakeels in this case would be parents...without that the marriage might be un valid in technical terms (depends on lots of circumstances, like age etc)

However Qatar on the top of the above has a law which does not allow the local girls to marry expatriates and vice versa (even men are not encouraged for the matter) reasons could be more than one but to manage the population etc....

So the blessed relationship like marriage should bring love and blessing around and not a life starting with problem....

We should all respect the tradional values of the religon and further more the values of the land...in this case either you get a clear concent from her parents and get married again if they can also get you approval of the Govt.

But as all said, you will NOT get the nationality plus you can even lose your job on this..

so be carefull...

it;s easy , take canadian citezenship and go together to cyprus and go together to cyprus where u can have a civil marriage and register your marriage in turkey or india.

The best marriage is with
a)Clear concent from mind and heart and not heart only.
b)Clear Ok from the families of both parties, specially from the parents of the Lady involved is MOST recommended.
c)Further Islam encourage good relationship and good share of responsibilities of the respective parents even if the parents are not Muslims....so how one can do all the above if he just runs to a third country and get married and acquire some unknown witness to resolute the marriage..

As you said you are a muslim Masha'Allah...this kind of marriage is not under norms so don't make rush in this issue...Fear from Allah and ask Him to bring you calmity.

I hope you are praying 5times a day...should you not be start this as a practise for your sake and also pray Salat Al Istakara for the subject (it is always recommended to offer this prayer)....Insha'Allah if this is not good for you things will be taken care off and if this is GOOD for you things will change for the good....

A muslim must devote his life and love for Allah and to attain this he has to love the Prophet as well (teachings and preachings of the prophet Mohammad peace and blessings upon him)...rest of the things come much after this.....

Please be merciful to your self and take my advise....

generally Qatari women cannot marry a non-Qatari man. They would require permission from their family and I believe the government (but I stand to be corrected on this).

If you are hoping to get Qatari citizenship by marrying a Qatari female - dream on. It doesn't happen.

As an addendum to my post - one of the reasons why Qatari females are not usually allowed to marry foreigners is because of demographics (the native population here is very small), the second is financial. The state does not want to support foreigners who marry Qatari women. That's why you probably won't get permission unless she leaves Qatar forever (and she'll need permission from her guardian to leave I think - but I may be wrong)

Civil marriages are not valid for a Qatari Muslim girl. The marriage of a Qatari girl should be as per the sharia law of Qatar. If you are planning to live with her in an unknown place with the permission of her family you might be able to do it otherwise they will track you. When you come with her to Qatar they will take you to another place, you guess where!!!

we, as Qataries, are not with non-Qataries marriages. This due to Qatari traditions and Low. we are a small community and women get marry after the permission of their fathers( You as a Muslim for sure must know that) Women who marry foreigners (even from other Gulf Countries), if so, and that wont happen, are not going to have the same rights that other girls with Qatari husbands have. I hope the image is now clear.

I`ll suppose that you love This woman, if so leave her for her Sake , If else Money, Nationality,...etc)I hope you continue in this till the experiance make you wiser in the future in your choices, but after how long who knows.

ıf ı marry with her ı dont want to stay in qatar.we want to live in turkey coz her family dont accept me ı think so we can live in turkey.ıf she can take her single paper it will be easy our marriage in turkey but she cant take now and for me qatar goverment has to chance rules about foreign marriage coz men can marry with foreign ıf she be nonmuslim qatar goverment saying and wanting royal family and pure arab nation but it is mixing ı know alot qatari men married with foreign so they have to chance some laws for women everybody knows qatar chanced alot in 20 years old.ıf ı be nonmuslim ı can understand but now really ı cant understand this so give me good idea than finding turkish girls ıf ı want ı can find easily but my heart want my love it cant understand nations arab or turk or other nations

turkish women are way prettier than qatari women.. y on earth did u fall in love with a qatari women...
like others said.. if u want to marry her to get the qatari passport.. then just dream on!!

I did not understand what you are saying exactly. You can write in Turkish, maybe? After that I will try to reply your question. The girl that you want to marry is in Turkey now or in Qatar? Are you expecting to get Qatar nationality? If not, do you need this document also to marry under Turkish Laws?

You should be a Qatari Muslim to marry a Qatari girl. If you are dreaming to marry one better choose one from Turky or any other countries
