Hi,
Firstly many thanks for all the answer who helped in all means.
This is my situation..
My wife is here with visit visa ( US citizen)
She got a offer from school and school has given Three papers: one for finger print one for Medical and one for Bank.
She told school that she will be under husband sponsorship. We have documents ready for this process which are 6 months statement, contract, passport copies, marriage certificate.
I like to ask:
1) How can I have the medical and finger print for her?
2) What all documents she should carry for medical & finger print.
3) Does US citizen need to have resident visa for medical and finger print?
4)How much time it will take if I file for husband sponsored visa.
thanks in advance
RJ

I can only answer number 3 - if you are a US citizen under your husband's sponsorship then you do have to have a medical exam and be fingerprinted to obtain your RP. It took me four weeks to get my RP from the day of application. Answered on Tue, 02/12/2008 - 5:16pm
