Applying for Philippine Passport

I would like to ask what are the requirements (documents needed)in applying for a Philippine passport for a new born baby here in Doha. Been trying to call Philippine Embassy but cant get in the line.

Hi!

Below are the requirements:
1. Birth Certificate of child (original)
2. Marriage certificate (original)
3. Passport of parents (original)

Please bring 5 photocopies of each (to be sure)then the child's parents need to fill-up some forms.
