Can I come to Qatar on Business Visa if my Work Visa was Cancelled?

My sponsor did not give me NOC and cancelled my Visa. I got another job offer in Qatar. Though I know I will be banned for two years, can it be a remedy that I can immediately come back to Qatar through business visa?

Your new sponsor won't be able to get a business visa for you without an NOC.

Since you don't have an NOC you won't be able to get a business visa, or a visit visa.

All the answer are properly replied by QL members.And i hpoe you are also well aware of the policy for Qatar Imigration. Therefore try to get the NOC Dude.

ive read this answer from a post here..

As pert new sponsorship law, below are the terms for anyone who would like to return to Qatar:

"Any resident, who resided here on a work visa and left the country on good terms after ‎quitting the job or had been dismissed, can get back for employment purposes with any other ‎company, after a gap of two years. This right to waive this condition, if needed, lies with the ‎minister-in-charge or an authority deputed by him.‎"

You cannot work to another company if you don't have the NOC.

Even for visit visa you have to get NOC from old sponsor!! be patience for 2 years.
