can you give me noc for marriage format?

can anyone specially for those who had their marriage here in qatar; can give me noc for marriage format? our embassy (phil.) required us to provide it despite of i still didnt know what's the significance of it. anyway...please need your help and thanks.

As far as i know there is no format. For as long as it stated there that your employer has no objection for u getting married here in Qatar. Must be in ur company's letterhead & with company's stamp on it and of course signature of ur boss. As for significance of it...im also wondering.....
