let me clear you something, firstly, if you came here with business visa then found a job, you need an NOC from where you get this business visa. Secondly, if you are business visa holder after you go out Qatar, then no need of NOC when you coming back to Qatar.

gbzaldy, you even didn't understand what the guy asked. He obviously used to work in qatar before, and used to have an RP here. Now his working visa is cancelled and he asks if he can enter qatar on Business visa without NOC.
the answer is NO, he can NOT.
he cannot enter qatar even on VISIT visa, since he used to be a resident here within last 2 years.

qatarisun, how come you said that i did not understand on what he wants to? that on the first place, his question is not cleared too? however if you really try to analyze my answer, these two points, pointing the both sides whether you do or you do not? it is somehow self explanatory of what i did, isnt it? that's why i gain 2 votes of my answer.
