For a visa change before my contract ends do i get a ban from present employer?if yes how do i remove ban

If i wana change my job from other employer for better prospects what are the things to avaoid a ban and no entry.
As of dubai we pay to government and remove any ban but i dont know about qatar..

The NOC is completely up to your sponsor/employer. You can be nice to him but otherwise there's nothing you can do.
