Help required-Family visit visa

As I am planning to go Umrah to Saudi,yesterday went to immigration to apply family visit visa but the counter lady rejected my application due to lack of rental agreement in my name. I had submitted all other documents such as NOC,salary details with contract copy (above visit visa limit)attested master degree copy,attested marriage certificate and birth certificate of my kid.
I am seeking kind help from any body.
