i got a job in qatar through a recruitment agency in chennai. i got the appointment order and informed that the visa application done on 12.08.2008. i just want to know the duration for the visa processing for an indian?

Heat, overcrowding, tension, traffic jams and overpriced
everything. Your coming to Doha to make a lving?
What do you think you are going to save after all your expenses? Everything costs a fortune here now , get realistic. You will send nothing home.

If your salary around 2500 Riyals to 3500 Riyals per month including food and accommodation,then you should consider about comming to Qatar. As someone said above, you are going to save nothing, nothing for sending home.

Depends on RPO of the company you applied for, if they already had block visa, or visa approval for indians, then it takes 1 to max 3 working days for printing it on your name.

Y r u thinking abt. VISA? just keep your passport and agreement copy in your pocket. do your duty with utmost care, otherwise, u can return your home without seeing your visa. good luck.
