The visa on arrival depends on your position in your RP.
the charges are 100 Dirhams for a one month entry

visa on arrival for professionals only. For example, if you are a doctor, engineer or a technician, yes you can get visa on arrival.

it costed 100 dirhams, but then they increased to 200 Dirhams..

I visited Dubai last July by air and land and it costed me 185 Dirhams and 125 Dirhams for air entry and land entry respectively.

It costs 130 riyal but it depends on profession on your RP

is it depended only on profession . . . ?

Should i need to complete 6 months in Qatar. I have my family with me and they complete only 3 months here . . . can we get visa on arrival at Dubai
