if they terminate with cause, without noc means,

if they terminate an employee with cause, without noc, the employee needs to go back from his home country? what if the employee has an existing credit card?

You will be detained at the immigration counter until you clear all the bills. Can not leave the country until you settled your commitments.

Hi

The moment any Company termitates its employee,that company informs the bank from where its employee has taken a loan or credit card. Therefore, you'll be detained at the airport and not allowed to exit Qatar, till the time u clear all ur dues.
