Inquiry regarding visa for my sister

Hi everybody. I need an information regarding about this problem. My husband sponsored my sister to go here this coming december for the reason that I'm giving birth at that month but this morning the Visa Application was disapproved by the Immigration Office and I'm asking them WHY and What's the reason they don't answer me but they just said it was disappproved so not allowed.

Anybody from my kababayans who have any information regarding this matter because I really need my sister to be here when I give birth to take care of my 2 sons while I'm in the hospital.

You should be the one to sponsor for your sister not your husband. Also ask for an appointment for the captain, bring the whole family with you. Hopeffully the MOI Captain will sign. GoD Luck.

Thank you Shing for reply but I think I cannot sponsor my sister becasue Im not working.

Try to make another application with your sister sponsored by you. There is no connection of you being not working. Try until you succeed & have appointment on how it is disapproved. God Luck.

kabayan..same tau ng situation:

Oct 28 last wed ngpunta ang aswa ko s immigration pra ikuha ng fmily visit visa ang sister ko..ang sbi s knya bumalik xa ng sunday kc i check pa dw ang mga requirements kung complete na...pinabalik xa ng sunday (nov 1) ang sabi s knya bumalik nlng dw ng wed (NOv 4) dahil dpa dw tapos ma check....

knina umga bumalik xa, may binigay lang dw s knya papel s sinabi na magbayad ng 200 dun s baba...nung nbayaran n nya sinabi lng s knya icheck nlng dw after 3 days ang result..gnun din b nging proseso ng s inyo...
