Is it required to stamped the house contract for applying visit visa? And where do I need to stamped it?

I want to sponsor my brother thru a family visit visa, however there are some saying I need to stamped the house contract first, is it required? and Where to stamped it?

Not a even a house contract is required, i have just get my brothers visit visa, u only need an NOC passport copy, ur brother birth certificate, i got the visit visa at Mesamier office, i think in Gharafa ofc they are very strict.

It is required but no need for stamping. stamping required for family residence visa and nt vsit visa
