Yes I received the same offer and this is a fraud and from internet search you can find very well that the address and P.O. Box No. belongs to HSBC Bank Qatar. Their aim is to get money from you as visa processing fee and residence hiring amount which is being promised to be adjusted in very first salary. What do you think about it?

Dont beleive them ! Recently I ve got mail with offer of high salary from Hospital in United Arab Emirates with fiction telefon numbers . If U contact with them they start to proceed Your documents for working viza and ask to send them some amount of money which they promice to give U back . Never send money to them . Below U can see part of this contract with the same telephone number :
