my manager forcing me to change my current job.what will i do?

I am working as a designer in industrial area.design manager forcing me to change my current job.he said that -you should work on documents department,but i dont like that job.the company gave me offer letter as a designer.now i am decided to resign my job.they will not give the release.what will i do?i hope you understand my problems.please help me?
