If you are coming back in less than 2 yrs, then you MUST obtain a no objection letter from your previous employer; regardless of the visa type you are getting.

Yes, they won't mind your cancelled working visa in the immigration 'coz you will be coming in in a new visa category...

Follow up question with this topic, do you think there is no problem with my fingerprint after I come back here because they will see that I am cancelled working visa. Please I need your answer. Thanks
