NOC for marriage? is it compulsory? any alternate docs?

our company is very pessimistic(negative) from issuing NOC to its employee..they will not give no matter what. im planning to marry my fiance here in qatar. all docs are ready except of NOC. she can get noc from her company but me will certainly not. were both pilipino and we've been working here at doha for almost 8 months. is there any alternate docs to cover the noc. is phil embassy will allow us to get marry if only one of us having NOC? is it really compulsory?

Slaves need the permission of their masters to marry. Didn't you know that?

Yes, it is compulsory. Try to talk to your HR Manager and tell him that one of the requirements in our Embassy is NOC for marriage, for sure he will understand your situation.

yes lincoln indeed.i dont see the connection though..but its a requirement. that's why im asking for alternate remedy for this. we are only few employee in our company and such department like HR is not existing:) all immediate decisions and approvals comes directly/provided by the boss and he's also the sole owner of our "not so normal" company :)
