Only Almighty Allah can change this rule. As far as Qatar Govt is concerned they are reviewing this issue since more than 5 year now still no results. The day Allah make up his mind to change the NOC rule in favour of employees, no Govt can stop the rule. Lets pray and hope Allah show mercy on us. Time will come it's coming!!!!!!! Inshallah. I HAVE A JOB OFFER OF 35K BUT MY SPONSOR DOES NOT ISSUE A NOC. MY PRESENT SALARY IS 17K, DON'T YOU THINK ITS A BIG BIG DIFFERENCE IN MY SAVINGS IF I GET NOC OR RULE ABOLISHED. Answered on Mon, 02/07/2012 - 2:34pm
