Regarding Qatar Permanent(or work Visa), immediate response is required, pl. help
Hi,
I got an offer from State security bureau in qatar, the offer seems to be comfortable, but the offer letter has no company sign or signature,
its typed in MSWord which i signed and sent,
they are asking to send my
Passport Copy,
Educational certificate,
Medical test to be performed by GCC approved hospital (Actually i seriously doubt here as i see all the website quoting as it is required for qatar residency permit and it cost me thousand of bucks, if this appears to be fake i land in serious trouble)
PCC
Can anyone help me to know that State Security Bureau in qatar and also details like ph. no, websites etc, would be really helpful and also i want to know is Medical test from GCC approved hositals is must for qatar visa, i am repeating not refering to residency permit?
Immediate response will be highly appreciated.

Never heard of the "state security bureau" in Qatar. Did you apply? If not, it's most certainly a scam. Answered on Thu, 02/08/2012 - 6:21pm

Never heard of it. I checked on google and there's something called QSS, but it doesn't have a website. Did you apply for a job directly through them, or through an advertisement/recruiter? And did they give you any information such as a phone number? Every business or establishment/institution here should have a P.O. Box address, and a landline telephone number. The country code is 00974 and landlines have 8 digits starting with the number 4. For example, 00974 42345678. Mobile numbers are the same but start with 3,5,6 or 7. If you have a phone number then call during business hours (Ramadan is usually something like 8am to 2pm) and see what happens. Good luck Answered on Thu, 02/08/2012 - 7:35pm

Dude! why don't you ask them straight why their offer letter does not have a company logo? Do you want to work for someone (supposing the company is real) you cannot trust or are scared of? Answered on Fri, 03/08/2012 - 12:25am
