Sir now I am in Lobour visa can I change my visa type

Sir I am Mechanical Engineer.My sponsor given me LAbour visa.But he is telling that he will transfer to Engineer visa after sometime?If so how long I should wait and what is stamps needed in my certificates for issuing Engineer visa.?Please explain in detial.

Yes you can, you must complete one year and you should have attested certificate in which profession you want to change
