Visit Visa on Wife's Sponsorship???

First of all am working in Qatar for the last five years for a private company under their sponsorship. My wife is working in HMC as a Staff Nurse (HMC VISA). But unfortunately my company is in a worst condition now due to the shortage of works hence they starts reducing staff & they are not ready to give NOC to anyone. So here comes ma doubts....
1. Can I come back within a week after my exit from Qatar on a visit visa on my wife's sponsorship?
2. As usual after 6 months once the visit visa validity expires is it possible to stay here with my family on any other way (any other type of visa)?
3. or if I have to go back after 6 months when can I come back on another visit visa?
4. One last doubt. Is it possible for my wife to sponsor me after the normal two year ban period?

you can exit and come back with your wife visit visa sponsorship, but the problem is, that is only for maximum of 6 months. at the same time your wife cannot sponsor you for residence visa, only visit visa. you cannot also apply for a job because you need an noc from your previous company. maybe some will say you can apply a job because you are under wife visit visa but the problem is your previous working visa has been cancelled previously, it is still in the system of immigration. definitely they will find out once your supposed to be company apply you a working visa.

u can come back within a week under ur wife sponsership.. no worries.. after six months time exit the country and can come back on business visa soon..( the gap for apply visit visa again is 3 months) so the process go on until ur ban finish(2 yr )..

Sorry to tell you that still you need NOC from the previous sponsor to get Business visa,but
No NOC required for Family visit visa,and
may be you can keep a hope that in six month time the sponsorship law may change.
Now do onething exit Qatar and get a family visit and come back ,join your family and then you will have six month time....relax!!!!
