What is the Best Way to Send Original Documents to Manila???

What is the Best Way to Send Original Documents to Manila???

Good evening to all!

I would like to ask everyone especially the Filipinos, what is the best way to send original documents to Manila? It is just a regular brown envelope with few documents/papers/certificates of A4 in size and very light in weight.

What I meant by best is the FASTEST and CHEAPEST. Any other alternatives are welcome. In terms of speed, how many days is the fastest to the longest time it will take? Likewise, HOW MUCH will it cost me for this service? Hope you can give me an idea/estimate as to the cost.

If you have any contact/telephone numbers of these courier services who can handle my concern, I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks everyone.

[Note: Tried to post in FilEx but can't seem to do so. And please don't suggest to look for anybody leaving Doha for Manila 'cause I know none. Thanks.]

Thanks very much for all your replies, guys! I really appreciate it. Can anyone give out the contact number of any of those courier companies? Sorry, Internet is blocked at work.

What is the work timing of the Post Office here? Does anyone have their phone number? I need to arrange my schedule as I'm out of the office by 3PM only. These are really very important documents and I need to send them immediately.

Thanks. =)

You can rely on FEDEX.It's tested by myself,cheaper than DHL. Costing 155QR compared to DHL which is 175QR, & it will reach Manila 3-5 working days..There is another cheaper courrier-I even tried as well but I forgot the name, let me check it out tom to our company's post,it cost only 95QR.

For documents, I always sent it by Q-Post. Its cheap and will be there around 3 to 5 days. The envelop size should be around QR65.00. Cheers!
