What is the NOC format for marriage?

NOC for marriage? I got married in Qatar I did not need any NOC from anyone. However, my wife needed a letter from her father stating he has no objection on her marrying me. Is this what you are referring to?

If so, please see the ARABIC text (which is what you have to show the family court in Qatar) below. This is basically two letters, one no objection and one providing power of attorney to a representative in Qatar in case the bride's father is not in Qatar.

no, im mean NOC from the company stating that they are not objecting. The company which my boyfriend is working for is the one's asking for an NOC format so they can just sign it and we can pass it right away. The company which I work for is not giving an NOC so I just requested employment certificate and a calling card to which our embassy can talk to so they can ask if they are objecting or not.
