What is the procedure to change the name in RP?

What is the procedure to change the name in RP?

My wife recently renewed her passport from single to married hence there was a change in her surname.As of date,when her visa renewed and stamped on new passport.so her name in new passport and new visa,stamped on new passport is not matching.can anyone suggest what is the procedure to change her name in visa?

Just visit those typist in immigration or in souq they all know the procedure but of course they will ask QR10 to 15 for every form or paper.

i dont understand why women change their name after marriage.

May god provide you long life & a permanent partner throughout life. But i am exploring the possibilities:

1) In the event of death of husband, again name change.
2) In the event of Divorce, again name change.

Better leave the name as it is.

As arabic custom, the girl will keep the same name & identity even after marriage.
