What is the process of getting RP for those entered Qatar with Residency visit visa ?

My employer has processed & received Residency visit visa for my Wife & Son with a duration of residence of 5 years and this visa is valid for 3 months for first entry. My company PRO told me that my wife & Son can directly go for medical & Finger prints with the copy of residency visit visa for getting RP. However, my colleagues were telling that I need NOC from my employer, Salary certificate etc., for attending Medical test & Finger printing. My PRO is telling that there is no need for these documents since he has already submitted all the documents for processing Residency Visit visa. In view of this, please guide me the actual procedure for getting RP for my wife & son, once they arrive in Qatar. My son is 17 years old & he will visit Qatar once in 6 months only since he is studying in India. Normally, how many days it will take for RP processing for my Son & Wife. Can I expect any delay in RP process for my son due to his age ? Appreciate for the early reply.

don't worry dear while your wife and son arrived in Qatar straight away take him for medical after that for finger print.only finger print take time.after all that procedure you get stamp visa in your family passport.no need your any documents or salary certificate all your family in your sponsorship only your id card is OK.and try to register your id and cell no in MATRASH its available in WWW.moi.gov.com.qa than you register in MATRASH any thing happen in your name for example vehicle violation,visa expired,passport expired any thing belong to your name..they will send you reminder and for your family than they enter in Qatar you got sms from MATRAH your family enter in Qatar and than exit you got same and for medical same also.. don't worry take care
