Where is ministry of interior, Director of criminal evidence and information department in al waab area?

I want to apply for police clearence to apply for immigration to australia.somebody at qataliving told me its in al waab area. Can somebody tell me the exact location?

From Hayat Plaza go to Race cource round-about take road towards Old Rayyan \ Al Wajba \ Dukhan (3rd exit), it is appoximately 2km on the right hand side (yellow building).
