Blood, Sweat and Tears for Labourers

While the Mitera Kunja Safe House for Nepali Workers is being shutdown, Al Jazeera is airing "Blood, Sweat and Tears" which is a documentary about labour rights in the Gulf countries.

No Indian Helps finally (Indian Mess) ...The lack of oppurtunities within the home country compels the 80% lower income bracket of the 1 bn population pushes them to accept the harsh conditions....Justapose this to the plush western lifestyle enjoyed by most of the Indians working in Banks & all top notch companies ...... The Indians dont do anything for this plight All just want money and live under a false sense of superiority ..... That aggravates the helplessness.... And the western lifestyle in the Gulf is really outracious.... Esp the British community....

I'm not planning to criticize, but I think if you have to make a comment like that, you should emphasize the reason for that comment. After all this is a forum for discussion - not rhetoric.

this documentary is a must see for all Qatari expatriates...
Its sad that there are only three comments made on this thread...
more people should watch these documentaries...
and more imprtantly do something about it!
