Epiphany of the day

I'm usually hyper and social, talking with everyone and laughing out loud. But not today. Today was Me day, I just didn't feel like talking, no specific reason, just didn't want to say anything, do u get one of these days ? when u just want to listen to ur music, walk around, just set ur thoughts free and let ur imagination roam the universe with no boundaries, no limits. Well if u know what I'm talking about then that's me today.

I've been just watching everyone get on with their busy lives as I observed tentatively. I sat with friends but this time I didn't talk, I just listened. It amazes me how people are so preoccupied with their lives that sometimes they get drifted from what really matters....family, friends, love, life. Sometimes we just seem to run through life instead of enjoying the journey, stopping every once in a while to look around and appreciate everything we've been blessed with.

Life has been hectic lately, but I decided to get everything back into focus, pull everything together and continue life's adventure. Try this...when ur in somewhere really crowded, just stop for a moment and look around....u'll soon realize that what u thought was just a "crowd" was actually very unique individuals, each with a history, each with dilemmas, each with dreams and hopes for the future. We get so self-occupied that we fail to see that we're like everyone else, that everyone faces the problems we do (maybe not exactly the same but still). That's what I did, I just stood for a few minutes and watched everyone, and realized we're not alone.

So whenever ur feeling lonely, just remember that. Ok so that was my epiphany for today, let's see what happens next...till then...may God protect u and hold u in his palms. Peace out.
