Lately, there has been some free time at work, it could be because it's summer time and there aint much work as it used to be.

Anyway, my coworkers and I have been working on a sort of "newsletter-in-the -making" during that free time. We did some researches and then wrote down our vision , mission and goals on both short and long terms.

The first issue got released yesterday. Thanks to God it's been a HUGE success. We just started the first issue as an experimental copy of our newsletter (future internal employees magazine, inshallah!).. so we just addressed the employee of one floor (of 15 floors), our publication has been the talk of the ministry!!

It was an entertaining issue just to get the attention and break the ice. An example of what we did is that we invented a crosswords puzzle based on important information about the place we work in, things all employees need to know. And after they solve the puzzle, the password shall appear automatically, it uncovers the name of the new building we'll move to by 2010. Everybody got excited about that reveal and kept talking about it all day long.

Maybe I'll talk more about our publication next blog.. There are lots of things to talk about..
