Venice Sep.2009 "Too Good To Be True"

The phrase "too good to be true" is used all the time, I officially stopped draining it the moment I laid eyes on Venice, it's the only worthy occasion of that saying! I'm in love with the place and every single aspect of it.. The sounds, the faces of tourists, the heart-singing gondoliers. Everything..

Venice is one of those places that have to be seen at least once in a lifetime. The simple act of riding in a gondola feels too good to be true when the person you love is right beside you..

I never wanted that gondola to stop; in fear of waking up from a dream that have just came true.. Will the love be forever, or is it like a gondola ride; realized to be true right after being over..

Venice is so beautiful, that is why people sometimes accuse it of being "sad", it is just too beautiful to be bubbly happy.. It's better than happy.. almost sad.. in an amazing way.. cannot be described.. only felt, when one is in love.

I'm soo Venice-sickk right now coz my husband is out of town .. Craving my pistachio ice cream and Roberto's pizza soooo bad right now :-(
