Negative trend
Dear Sir,
I refer to the recent advertisements for female drivers. Such employment trends started with women being employed as cashiers at hypermarket counters. Some of us think that it is a step towards women empowerment. No doubt, society is developed only when everybody plays his or her role in accordance with nature. Nature has blessed men with earning abilities and women with skills to use those earnings in the most economic way and look after the children in best possible way.

maybe that's why the men ...maybe that's why the men here ogle at the women walking around. They think all the nature-abiding women are at home: cooking, sweeping the floors and looking after their children!

Someone has to look after ...Someone has to look after the babies until they reach schooling (or nursery) age, but it doesn't matter whether is the father or the mother. I often tell my husband that with the next one, he will be a stay at home dad while I'm be bread winner.
Anyways, most people I know struggle with one wages only, nowadays a family need two salaries to make a good living.
Why men here have such a prehistoric mentality?

Totally agree with you ...Totally agree with you butterfly. Even though traditionally men have been the bread winners, i see no problem in the roles being reversed. Only problem is that although women could "bring home the bacon", i think men would struggle to look after children as well as women.

Little kids are no fun.
And on the subject of pre history women were responsible for the bulk of the nutrition consumed by pre historic families. Men were the hunters but in very early society were incredibly unsuccessful and inconsistent. The berries, nuts, fruits and insects collected by the women of the group are thought to have contributed far more to the survival of humans than the sporadic hunting success of the men.

About this post...i'd just like to say give them time ...it'll all change ..that's how life goes.........
i do think women are a little time blame though...they do perpetuate the idea that men are superior..girls are inferior crap and tend to idiolize their sons and spoil them....ofcourse they have to grow up to beleive that they are the center of the universe........
I think it's to gain some sort of power and recognition...i don't know.....times will change though...i do know that for sure..
u know what...I like the part about woman spending all the money ..but it will not be economically!.lili.
