Please Advise

Dear Friends,

          I came to Doha 8 months back with the responsibility of settingup an Offshore centre for a Software Company. During this period, i was going to my home town ever month, beacuse i was missing my mom and my friends very much. Since the business is growing, i cant visit my family frequently. So i am planning to settle in Doha, and also for the last few weeks i started loving Doha.

         
          I hope that most you having very long bonde with Doha, so please advise me in this. i would appreciate if you can advise me in this regards

like

1. Emigration laws

2. Documents to be provided

3. Will we get these details from the Internet?

4. Health/Insurance

5. My marriage will be at the end of this year, so i wish to bring my 'better-half' also. 

          Please give me your suggestions/guidelines to clear my doubts
