Why Qtel Blocking??

Well its totally useless what QTel is doing , they use to block web sites ,VoIP voice over internet protocols, blocking web pages with explicit or porn material can be understood as this is their policy to do so ,but they also block internet calling protocols is their is any explicit material in those protocols also, lol.
Yes their are lots of ways to avoid Qtel's blocking there are software can even block Qtel's stupid Acts ,so try to search them you will get many, or reply me.

YES you right but what is the reason for Qtel doing this is this mean pepole must not be free on internet also they want to control everything but why?

First of all, who died and made you moderator of this forum? If qatari (who owns this forum) has a problem with what i posted, he will make it clear to me and i will respect that.

Okay people - how about a couple of simple rules (please someone throw together a draft guideline doc so I don't have to!):

1. Stay on topic. If you want to go off topic, move it to a new thread. It just makes it easier in the future when someone is trying to find some info in the archive to get to it.

the first and second cannot be displyed and the third is blocked. I guess its hopeless.

Try antiproxy.com its a useful site for this type of stuff. If Qtel have a redundant port (Etisalat have left port 8000 free), you can search on worldwide proxies that use the free port.

I know it worked in UAE but to be honest, i dont know much about Qtels service

there has to be SOMETHING were better at than the UAE.
