Well...I am a dentist at HMC,Primary Health Care dept.
I could see from your profile that you are a hospital manager but you haven't mentioned in your post whether or not you already have a particular offer in hand that you need advice with.
From your current position you will of course be qualified for a managerial position at HMC.
The good news is that HMC is currently undergoing a complete make-over with help from the JCI (Joint Commision International).
They are seeking accreditation for the whole structure of the corp. from the JCI
And in order to reach this goal they are willing to hire the necessary qualified people who can help them acheive their goal...and money is not really an issue as they have an unlimited budget when it comes to being internationally accredited.

I can see from the site that salary questions are a nuisance. However, I am really stuck. I earn over $150,000K in the US. I am told housing, a car lease, medical, travel for me and family x1 a year and 8 weeks vacation is included here.
I need to understand what I should be asking for, or what the range is for someone with my background.
