Qatar Badminton Academy (QBA) is all set to re commence its successful and acclaimed training program for the children and junior players. The program would start from 1st April 2010 at Qatar Badminton Club, Doha Rugby Club Annex, near Doha College. Not only the venue is centrally located but also there would be flexibility in the training program to accommodate various requirements. The program would be held in batches scheduled on week days 4 PM to 5:30 PM, Fri-Sat 9 AM to 4 PM. Start: 10:00

Want to get rid of your child's old clothes, toys, furniture etc - or are you in the market for some fabulous deals?
Doha Expat Mums and Kids, in conjunction with ExpatWoman Qatar and QL's Mums in Doha, will be holding a "Babies & Kids Tabletop Sale" to help QAWS, whose shelter was destroyed by a fire last week. The event will be held on October 3rd from 1pm-4pm inside the Qipco Clubhouse (in the West Bay). All of the money raised will be used to purchase construction and animal supplies that to help get QAWS up and running again.
