Inviting Friends and members of Filipino expatriates in Qatar Living
WHAT : Bowling (Indoor Sport Activity)
WHEN : May 17, 2007
WHERE: City Center Bowling,Ground Floor near Skating area
TIME : 7:00-9:00PM
MEETING PLACE : Doon na rin
Notes :
-For members who did not attend any gathering yet from the start and dont know who is who, just ask from the bowling counter, QL pinoy group and they will tell u which lane we r
-Members who will be present will be ask to draw(bunot)a number from a box,prepared by the organizers,to compose a team.
-Regardless of how many numbers of participant will attend the said activity,only 4 to 6 persons will play in each team.
-Please bear in mind that no official rules are set on teams
-This activity is for us to have fun and part of our get together.
-For those members who want to relax and see thier team play, you may do so with a cup of coffee,a bottle of soft drinks or even have your kapihan corner.
-We're proposing this bowling activity every thursday, 2nd week of the month,Tentative to be approved by the majority.
-Please Post your confirmation in this forum to confirm your attendance, in order for us to reserve a lane and some bowling shoes.
-Hope to see you guys and FUN,FUN,FUN...mamaya na ang side comments after the game.

I think there's also billiards at that place so knowing Apple, Jax13 and Shavonne plays billiards, we can have various activities at the same time. Cygnet can come with her kid too...I'll babysit since I'm a dunce with these games...lol.

So sorry you missed the fun mir83 ...Azi left word with the cashier for anyone who would be looking for "Qatar Living" to point the reserved lane. That's how we found them.
Anyway, we plan to have such codes and ID tags (like the ones used in seminars) on the next activity. Next in line are: karaoke night, badminton, dhow, coffee corner or maybe bowling but at QBC this time. Just keep watch on this forum group for the schedule of the next activity. You and other QLers are very much welcome to join the fun!

sorry, i wasnt able to make ...sorry, i wasnt able to make it because i was stood up by my cousin who promised to give me a lift. actually i was all set as early as 6:00pm waiting for him but maybe he had urgent matter to attend to and forgot about me :-( dahhh i should learn to ride taxi and bus alone otherwise i am totally at the mercy of friends and relatives whenever i want to go out

Really it was Fun ...Hi guys really did have fun last night,congrats to team B who won the friendly match and for the individual games who really did shown their poise in handling those heavy and light bowling balls. heheheheh :-) thanks also to our friends in QL (JoeKanuck, DaRuDe, Johny_boiei and etc.)who drop by and some played with us... we really enjoyed your company..... Finally we met DaRude (who brought his classic gun, who tried to shot us, instead decided to shot the ball, LOL)it was great, after the game dinner,talk,talk and taaaalk......for those who wants copies of the pictures taken that night, just PM me or walterdane....thanks guys for coming and till next get together........
