Don't know exactly. He was working with the Nepalese Embassy on the safe house but I guess it wasn't actually sanctioned by Qatar or something. Most of the workers were abandoned by their sponsor(s) and couldn't get home, get a new job or make money. Maybe the safe house was getting to much PR. A lot of women and women's groups were helping them out. After they were sent to deportation money still had to be raised to send them all home or they probably would still be sitting there.

What kind of an interesting answer do you expect?? Why don't you share with me your experience in Doha in the last 2 months, sivaqatar? I don't really have much to say apart from the very unique PO BOX systems that I saw at the post office today
