Qatar Expo is delighted to announce the inaugural Global Islamic Investment Forum (GIIF) at The Four Seasons Hotel and Sheraton Hotel, Doha, Qatar from 20th to 25th October 2008.

The 5-day GIIF Conference and Exhibition will examine some of the most important issues facing Islamic banking at Qatar’s first major Islamic investment conference and exhibition.

With Islamic banks and financial institutions currently managing over $250 billion of assets globally and a further $200-300 billion under management by Islamic windows and subsidiaries of international banks, GIIF is both timely and relevant.

GIIF provides unrivalled opportunities for the forging of key networks with government and banking officials on the growing demand and opportunities for Islamic financing.

GIIF will present a combination of speaker panels, case studies and breakout sessions to ensure an engaging format for discussion of Islamic Investment issues, while the Exhibition will showcase products and services from the region and around the world.

bstmomeva01 said I have called Four Seasons ...

I have called Four Seasons and Sheriton Hotel and they both confirmed that they do not have any bookings for this type of conferance. I have called Qatar Expo and the contact person listed on their website confirmed that they have no plans to have any conferance or exhibition in this topic. When was the last time you confirmed for this event.
