Katara DFI Cinema presents A SEPARATION

Cultural partners Katara and DFI, following their successful collaboration on the Doha Tribeca Film Festival and TEDx Doha Summit, aim to provide Doha audiences with the best in world and independent filmmaking through the monthly Katara DFI Cinema screenings.

For June: Academy Award Winner for Best Foreign Language Film. ‘A Separation’ is the story of a married couple faced with a difficult decision to improve the life of their child by moving to another country or to stay in Iran. Through a series of events they become tangled in a web of lies, manipulation and public confrontations.
