Booking flats in Maharashtra ...I have observed that new developments are coming up in areas like Pune and Mumbai and builders are coming with attractive projects.However it is found that after booking the documents attached with agreement does not reflect the same project details as in broucher and the maharashtra flat owners act. The same provides lot of room for builder to make changes in layouts , specifications and amenities.Further it may also keep the flat owner away from absolute ownership of the land and open spaces, causing problems at later stage in case of redevelopment or resales.Please verify these documents before you finalize.
