"Clients and Consultants operate on the 'make believe' principle that if a Contractor fails to comply with any requirement in the Contract Conditions, they can be penalised or contract terminated. Similarly Contractors being in an unequal bargaining position unconsciously contribute to this 'make believe' principle. Dr. Deen explains the rights of each party and how to defend when those rights are infringed.
