Can anyone guide me how to make my baby's head round.
Is there any site giving guidance about it or if somebody knows any remedy or technique to do it, I will be very grateful.
Is it square now?
Go to raisingchildren.net it will explain everything how to take care of you newborn's head appearance.
I guess you should massage the head very gently. I remember my granma sayin sumthn like that.
What's the problem with ur baby?
Did you think about taking him to a doctor?
It happens when the baby is delivered. My mother always made sure that when the baby was lying on its back, the head would be facing the ceiling.
How old is the child? And what exactly is your problem?let us know.
Buy or make a pillow with a rounded shape. Do not lay down baby directly especially the head on a hard flat surface to prevent flat figure. Soft massage is also important. I do this with my 2 kids when they were still young. So far none of them form a flat shape head. Hope this will help.
massage well making it round,, customize small pillows very soft & that can keep the head straight while baby is laying... for better results google it!!

Guys, my baby boy is only 4 days old but being a father i'm concerned about his head shape. Alhamdullilah he is totally fine and in good health. Only his back head is in oval shaped that's why i was seeking help.
I also googled but couldn't find related answer.
Thanks guys for your help but more advices are welcomed
Use a small pillow filled with mustard seeds. This is an old Indian tried/tested method.
In the present day and time you should perhaps discuss with experienced medical personnel as well.
Up until the age of about 3-6 months the head is still malleable because the soft plates in the skull haven't set and calcified. a 4 day old baby's head will still show the effects of a vaginal delivery. Unless the doctor says there is a serious malformation, don't worry. You can gently massage the baby's head but it will most likely turn out fine without it.
Dont do anything.
Consult the doctor first.
You DO NOT want to create a brain injury. All the platelets in the head are soft and have not yet fused.

And, if you are still worried, do visit your doctor and get his or her advice.
Dont do anything now. The baby will be allright. Do not follow the instruction by someone who not a specialist doctor.
