Read Qatar Labor LAw, some company if you'll not ask for it, they will not give to you but if you complain to labor they will give your gratuity according to your length of service atleast 5 yrs working under sponsorship company.
Hi! sorry to say anything about gratuity which the correct answer I am looking for. I have been working in Qatar for almost 8 years in this coming december.
I am paid monthly 4,000QR but (basic salary is very low which is 715QR and rest off all payment is mentioend as site allowences). What will be the gratuity that i will be entitle for? and I have due leave also as i have flew back home only two times in 8 yers of time. So, does company is obliged to pay my two due leave pay and flight cost as well on my end of service?
please help me. thank you.
