Moroccans in Qatar

There are not a lot of Moroccans in Doha, so this group is a desesperate attempt to find out any of them within this huge community surfing on Qatar Living. The first objective is a social one. We will try to organize some gatherings to get to know each other better and also to celebrate our national days. We will do our best to receive all new comers and help them through the first frustrating days in a foreign country. The Second objective would be to communicate as a group with other communities and explore their cultures. The process will certainly be slow, because of the small number of Moroccans in Qatar,but we are not in a hurry. We would like to say through the constitution of this group that no matter how few we are , we still exist in Qatar .

Au moins 8 raisons qui font de vous un(e) Marocain(e) ?

1. Vous déroulez tous vos cadeaux soigneusement, de sorte que vous puissiez réutiliser l'emballage.

2. Vous appelez une femme que vous n'avez jamais rencontrée avant,"khalti"

3. Plus de 90% de la musique CD's dans votre maison sont piratés.

4. Votre garage est toujours plein de bricoles parce que vous ne jetez jamais rien, juste au cas où vous en auriez besoin.

5. Vous avez une collection de bouteilles miniatures de shampooing de vos séjours dans les hôtels.

I've lived in UAE, Oman and now Doha... if you ask me where I prefer to stay, I'll say Morocco.... Helwa ya baladi (Dalida)
