All Praises For Allah...
By ghazalz on Fri, 20/11/2009 - 10:47pmAll Praises For Allah...
O God! save us from devil and evil spirit
I’m taking a start with your name and respect
All praises for God who he is bountiful
The one who is most gracious, merciful
The Day of Judgment and You the dignified !
You the one, who is supportive, indemnified
My requests, my supplications, for eternity
To confirm the path of rewarded ones, the reality
Guide me towards the path of my forefathers
The one who leads to accuracy and righteous
O God! save us from the path of malice
Torment, anguish, cruelty and hell fire!

Wedding Salwars
By Becks75 on Wed, 16/09/2009 - 1:19pmHi Ladies,
I am new to this forum. I have not yet arrived in Doha but will be there by the 1st of October. I will be teaching History and Geography at Al Arqam Academy after Eid.
I'm actually Australian/American but I spent 8 years of my childhood in Islamabad. I am so happy to be moving to a country where it's just a short flight to get back there and visit friends and family.
I'll be heading back to Islamabad in November for a few days for a friend's Mehndi and Shaadi. I don't have enough time in Australia to get an appropriate Salwar kameez made. Are there places in Doha where I can buy or have a tailor make one? Or, should I just order from the internet?
Thanks,
Rebecca
