hamad hospital will provide u the best treatment,,,but u hav to wait, may be for a month or so to get an appointment in the urology out-patient clinic....
Go to hamad, if you feel you have lots of money then try one of the private hospitals. If it was me, I would go to Hamad irrespective whether I had lots of money. If it is extremely painful then go to Emergency service.
I'd say just like them .. weather u have money or not .. HAMAD is the best .. i have been living here in Qatar since i was 6 yrs old and i was always suffering from kidney problems .. So believe me .. Hamad is the best .. if it's really painful go to the emergency and they will make an appointment to u according to your case .. Even if they give u an appointment after one month .. whenever u feel the severe pain .. go to the emergency and they will give u an instant injection painkiller ... and believe me it will work for a week or 2 ..
how do they remove the srone in your kidney? i have one and the medicines are not working.

it depends on the size of the stone itself if not a big one they will use this method Laser Lithotripsy Similar to ESWL, laser lithotripsy shatters the kidney stone through the use of laser energy. To do this, a small device is inserted into the urethra and passed up into the ureter until it reaches the stone that must be broken up. Then, the pieces and debris are passed out of the body through the urine. if a very large one: Parathyroid Surgery Parathyroid surgery (also known by the complicated medical term, percutaneous nephrolithotomy) is used for kidney stone removal when the stones are either too large or located in an area where ESWL cannot effectively destroy it. Considered more invasive than ESWL, the patient must be given anesthesia. The doctor makes a small incision in the patient’s back to insert a telescopic instrument into the body that can puncture the kidney. Another device is then passed through this tunnel to grab the stone and pull it out of the body or use shock waves to crush it into pieces.

i ain't no doctor ... plz take an appointment and consult them no it doesn't hurt at all .... i guess it's a one day treatment and they will give u one or 2 days leave then u can go back to work (in case of laser) again i'm not a doctor .. do not trust all i say .. u have to consult a doctor .. it's nothing to worry about .. but it might be serious if u didn't go as it might block the urine passage to the bladder which will return back to the kidney and can cause inflammations and can be harmful for the kidney .. don't be a kiddo .. it's just one day treatment ..
